Why should I use a detailer and not a road side car wash?

The term "Automotive Detailing" has been universally used in America for many years, however, it is something that isn't very well understood in England. Many companies tend to also use the term as they purely offer a valeting or hand polish service, however, this confuses the matter. This is because vehicle detailing is not something that is characterised by a single process but is a expression that covers a wide range of skills and procedures using a variety of specialist products to achieve the best possible results.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

If there is probable and clear cause that your detailer did not fulfill the package as ordered, or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost refund or redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from Satisfy Detailing voids our Service Guarantee. If you are not happy with the out come for whatever reason please do not hesitate to get in contact.

Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email. Pictures of the area must be emailed to satisfydetialing@gmail.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.

What to know about the service.

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing.We will not accept any liability for any lost or damage to any personal property or to the location of service.

Payment will be required after the detail has taken place, unless otherwise agreed upon.

For insurance purposes, we are unable to operate in pay and display car parks, or heavily used roads.

All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes.

Our scheduled times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the detailing type. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with weather conditions and / or equipment failure.

If your vehicles interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit blood or other, additional charges can be applied.

What happens if I want to cancel or amend my booking?

We require 72 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

Failure to provide 72 hours advance notice of cancellation MAY result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.

Satisfy detailing reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is cancelled on the day of without prior agreement. If you have a vailed reason, then we will not asked for charges.

Satisfy detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but will communicate such changes to the customer as quickly as possible. (This very rarely happens)

Satisfy detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Failure to be present at the time and location of the ordered service will result in the full value of the service being charged.
